For generations, natural oils like coconut oil, shea butter oil, and olive oil have been utilized for skin and hair care. Sunflower Seed Oil (Sunflower Seed Oil)

How to Apply Natural Oils to Your Face and Body
You really have to make a distinction between the face and the body when you’re applying natural oils, I don’t usually recommend these sorts of oils for acne because they can clog pores and exacerbate acne. Coconut oil, on the other hand, would be a terrific moisturizer for the same woman’s body if she had acne on her face.
It may take some trial and error to figure out how much oil you need. While there isn’t much research on how much oil should be used as a moisturizer, your skin will tell you when it’s enough. If it feels too greasy, it hasn’t been completely absorbed.
